I received the package in excellent condition within 7 days (from Czech Republic - Greece). The good thing about this lamp is the satisfactory brightness it has, mainly in Cold but also in warm white. Unfortunately, beyond that there are serious issues... In principle, it does not hold the last setting when it is closed and opened (by a power switch). After closing and opening, it returns to a state of cold white, warm white and useless (in terms of RGB) brightness, in which case you have to close and open the switch again to achieve a normal room lighting... I don't consider it practical to close and open the light in a room from a Remote Control or from the App. The basic On/Off is obviously done by the power switch and beyond, for any change you want to make, either in color temperature, or in brightness, etc. it makes sense to use the mobile or the control. But in any case the last setting should be kept or even if it should always be a specific one (for example natural white at maximum brightness), no matter how many times you open and close the switch... Also, as far as the App is concerned, it does not work the ability to listen to music! When you choose to listen to a song, the application closes! From what I have seen in various reviews of corresponding luminaires, music streaming on a newer version of Android it doesn't work! (i seams that Android 10, 11 not supported on this part). This invalidates some of the features of the luminaire! (I hope it's a Software issue and resolved by updating the App). Finally, the sound that is heard every time you turn on the power switch is very annoying! Something that does not apply if you close and open the luminaire from the control or the application. In conclusion, as it stands, I do not recommend buying it for use as a basic room light! And it certainly does not do what the product description promises...
