These RGB LEDs are very bright and work great. Their cycle time (switch to all colours without turning off) is 35 seconds and the effect is like a fade mode. Please note that the anode is the longer lead and cathode is the shorter lead. I didn't need so many (100), but the 15 I did need work fine. Are perfect for DIY projects or for replacements to failed LED lights. I used the diode function of my UNI-T multimeter to check the RGB LEDs. Every single one I've tested worked and I had a proper voltage reading on my meter.

Arrived quickly to UK, the ones I have tested work well, the colour change will go out of sync quite quickly if you run several of them at the same time, but that was what I’d hoped for so can’t see any reason not to give them top marks. Would have been good to have a data sheet available, testing them here they seem to regulate current without an external resistor (within a ‘sensible’ voltage range) which would make sense, given the range of current required in normal use but would have been nice to see that in writing.
