sadly, although this item arrived as expected, the package with the 8 relay and receiver somehow never made it to the handoff in Sparks, NV... so a week after the spare remote arrived from another order only minutes apart, there is no word on why the other order didn't make it to Sparks with this order. they were shipped in the same shipping container or crate based on tracking details. unhappy about that. whoever was used before the USPS part of delivery isn't very reliable.
