The product is quite good! The top speed, actually moves some air, though because it's small doesn't cover much face or body area! Now there is a button on the left, that enables the TEC cooling. Now the truth is I haven't noticed the air actually gets colder, but you can glide it on your face or skin and it is like an ice cube and feels nice. When you enable the ice function, the fan gets slower depending on the level you have set. Meaning at 100% with the ice function enabled and with it not the air blowing difference is noticeable. Some interesting things to keep in mind now. You can charge and use it at the same time, but it's capped at 50% air and no ice cooling while you do so. Also, I'd say it charges quite slowly, needing multiple hours to fully charge (even more while you use and charge it). but I'd say for the price it's a beast, and actually useful!
