I've been looking for these for a while. I was using the usual battery terminals, but they break often. This replaces the terminals, and adds the convenience of a power switch. Win-Win!! After these are used, I'll probably get more.

I purchased the box's for use as an external holder for a 9V battery. It can be attached to a project box with glue or screws. The only problem is the position of the switch does not allow for a flush mount, but I knew this before my purchase.. The solution is to remove the 9V connector, it slides out. Then remove the switch andmake the bypass connection. It's a better solution to a battery powered project box than unscrewing the cover to get to the battery. It seems that there are few project boxes

I buy these regularly, and in this latest batch of 30, only two had the switch buttons sitting flush with the case, making them hard to operate. The rest had the button protruding, as they should be. Not too bad, these have been fairly consistent...

Boxes are as advertised, but one of the 20 was missing its cover but its bag was still sealed, so it was put in its bag without the cover, which is a bit slack, it's pretty obvious that there should be a cover with it...
