The bluetooth signal is identified as "ZMR" and password to connect is 1234. The default baud rate is 115200. I did not found yet how to change configurations like name, password or baud rate, but it works perfectly fine with the default configuration.
The one i got have two visible blackchip chip on it and write FBT06_V2 on the back so it is not as per the picture. I just got it and tried to figure out how to change the baud rate without using the USB-TTL dongle with no avail. So lastly i try my luck to see if it comes preconfigure with 115200 baudrate setting. To my surprice it is. Now i can setup my AcroNaze32 using my phone over bluetooth. The ID is HobbyTri with 0000 as the password.
Works like a charm with the Flip32 FC. If you have already soldered the 4 PINS to the board you can plug the cable in and begin to connect. You can see this on my picture. Nothing more to say. Great!
Thx for the fast shipping product came in good packaging and works fine gonna buy more.
Bought this to replace a crius hc06 I lost during flight. Was a little awkward to setup but I put that down to windows 7 as I had similar problems with my previous bt module. Default baud was 115200 passkey 1234 ID as zmr. Works with ezgui on galaxy s4 and cleanflight on lenovo laptop also works fine with my multiwii based zmr. The only problem I do have is not being able to access it via ftdi serial monitor not a major issue but I'd llike the option to change settings if needed. Haven't done a range test but I imagine it's similar to the hc06 at about 10m.
